Will there be childcare available?

We love children, but unfortunately we won’t be able to provide childcare.

Will meals be provided?

Absolutely! Appetizers will be provided during the Launch Party on Friday evening. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on Saturday. All are included in the cost of the conference ticket.

Will I receive an actual ticket once I register?

No. Tickets will not be distributed before the conference. However, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Family Church office at 870-247-3300.

There will be a check-in table in the front of the church on Friday evening and Saturday morning. You will only need to check in once, during which you will be given a conference armband to wear throughout the event. Armbands are waterproof and durable, please do not remove your armband until the conference is over on Saturday afternoon.

If I can only attend part of the conference, do I have to pay full price?

Yes. We do not offer partial registration.

Is there reserved seating?

All seating is general admission, so come a little early and choose your seat. Please note that the doors will not open until 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. If you arrive early, you are welcome to hang out on the church porch.

Can men attend the conference?

We love men, but this event is geared just to women. The only men allowed to attend will be Family Church volunteer staff working at the conference.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably. You may want to dress in layers in case temperatures are a bit different than you’re accustomed to.

Will there be recordings of the conference?

We want the experience to be unique to all who attend and

encourage women to attend live to share in the gathering. 

At this time, we do not record our sessions. 

Can I volunteer to help at the conference?

Our leadership team is small and could not successfully host the conference without volunteers! In fact, members of our leadership team are volunteers. There are numerous opportunities to volunteer before, during and after the conference. Volunteer sign-ups will open in May 2024.
