main sessions

The ladies who attend our conference often tell us the worship experience is one of their favorite parts of the conference. Our main sessions include praise and worship, led by the H2H Worship Team, and teachings by anointed leaders from our church body.

Opening Session

The Redeeming Rhythm of Grace

In the Book of Ruth, grace is not loud or dramatic—it is steady, tender, and present in every unseen moment. From Naomi’s bitterness to Ruth’s devotion and Boaz’s kindness, we see a God who meets women in loss, uncertainty, and empty places with undeserved favor and unwavering love. In this session, we will explore how God’s grace still reaches into broken stories today, redeeming what feels lost and restoring hope where it once seemed impossible. Through Ruth’s journey, we will be reminded that God’s grace is freely given through Jesus Christ, our Redeemer. His grace is writing a greater story—one marked by redemption, belonging, and legacy.

Mid-Day Session

At the Threshing Floor — Surrender, Separation & Divine Encounters

In the quiet darkness of the threshing floor, Ruth stepped into a moment that would forever change her story. The threshing floor was more than a place of harvest — it was a place of separation, surrender, vulnerability, and divine encounter. Grain was shaken, beaten, and winnowed so what was valuable could remain. In much the same way, God often uses hidden seasons to refine our hearts, remove what no longer belongs, and prepare us for His greater purposes. He meets us in our own threshing floor moments - seasons of uncertainty, waiting, pruning, transition, and deep surrender. Through the Book of Ruth, we will find that God is still working in the hidden places, still redeeming broken stories, and still calling His daughters into deeper trust and intimacy with Him.

Closing Session

Leaving a Legacy of Redemption

What if your faithfulness today could shape generations tomorrow? In the final chapter of Ruth, we see God transform sorrow into redemption and ordinary obedience into an eternal legacy. What began with loss and uncertainty became part of God’s greater story of restoration — a story that ultimately pointed to Christ.

We will close out the conference reflecting on the lasting impact of a surrendered life. We will be encouraged to build a spiritual legacy marked by courage, devotion, and trust in the Redeemer. Discover how God uses faithful women in unseen ways, weaving their stories into His redemptive plan across generations.

No matter your season, your story matters — and God can use it to point others to Him for years to come.

breakout sessions

Breakout sessions provide you the opportunity to choose the most relevant topics for your life. In these sessions you will dig into scripture and obtain a deeper understanding of issues facing us today.

We gather women from our church to lead these 40-minute sessions. There will be two rounds of breakout sessions on Saturday. You will choose from the list below. Everyone will attend the Mid-day Session, held in the Sanctuary, the time depending on your lunch shift. (See our schedule on the home page.)

There is no special sign-up for these sessions, they are offered on a first come, first served basis. Seating will be limited in many sessions. Always have a back-up session planned in case your first choice is full when you get to the room. If there are no available seats in a session, please go to a different session. We will have room attendants available to help, if needed.

2026 BREAKOUT SESSION TOPICS

Choosing Commitment When Leaving Would Be Easier

When life gets heavy or relationships fracture, our natural instinct is often self-preservation—to pull away, walk away, or emotionally check out. In the Book of Ruth, both Orpah and Ruth faced a grueling crossroads, but Ruth chose a radical, counter-cultural path: she stayed. This session explores the quiet grit required to remain committed to your callings, your promises, and your people when leaving would be infinitely easier. If you are struggling to hold your ground in a difficult marriage, a straining friendship, a challenging ministry, or a heavy season of caregiving, come discover the supernatural strength found in holy commitment.

When the Ground Gives Way: Navigating the Grief of What Should’ve Been

We often arrive at women's conferences carrying heavy, fragmented pieces of our story—shattered dreams, unexpected losses, and deep regrets. Naomi’s story reminds us that life doesn't always go according to plan. It is completely normal to wrestle with the weight of a painful past and grief of what might have been. We will look spiritually and practically at the reality of grief, the temptation to label ourselves as "bitter" or broken, and how to carry our scars into a new season without letting them dictate our future.

Beautifully Unfinished: Trusting the Author in the Middle of the Chapter

It is easy to trust a story when we are reading the final pages, but it is incredibly difficult when we are stuck right in the messy middle. Like Ruth gleaning in an unknown field, many of us are living in "unfinished chapters"—waiting on a medical diagnosis, an answered prayer, a restored relationship, or a sense of direction. This session is designed for the woman who feels stuck in the waiting room of life. We will discuss how to shift our focus from a fixed timeline to a faithful Creator, learning to trust the Author’s pacing even when the plot seems to have stalled.

The Beauty of Women Walking Together

The Book of Ruth is filled with women supporting, encouraging, and strengthening one another. Naomi guided Ruth. The women of Bethlehem celebrated restoration together. Their story reminds us that God never intended women to walk through life alone.

This session focuses on the importance of biblical community, discipleship, encouragement, and intergenerational relationships among women. We will be challenged to both seek godly community and become a source of encouragement to others.
